First of all, Animal Crossing 3DS has NOT been confirmed to be coming this winter, though the others you listed have. Anyway, that's a typical release schedule for a gaming company, big releases always come during the holiday season, as that's when most people buy games. You'll have to wait until you can afford all the ones you want to get, and get the ones that are most important to you first.
