Iam pregnat with my boyfriend and he wants to use his surname but iam currently married....?

My ex- husband we been separated almost 2 years.then i meet my boyfriend then were having a baby already ..Iam married here in the philippines..but he said were already divorce in there place..we even dont have a wedding there..the problem is he wont let me get an annualment here in the philippines..its my problem already he said..he will just get me an annualment if i kneel down infront to him..its a very long story..but i need help please...help me....i did not cheat!he treat me like a SLAVE!!thats why things with my ex- husband didnt work out...please please i badly need your help guys..thanks =)
