What to look for in a young performance horse prospect?

I'm looking at a few 2yr olds, and considering most of them are in that awkward stage of growing, what should I look for? The one I like is calm, nice straight legs, and already at 15.1 in front and 15.3 at the hip. What should I look at to see if he will be a quality all-around horse? What am I missing?
