What happened to me!?

this has happened to me before. if it happened when you stood up then you just got up too fast. i call it the "flashbang effect" because you get dizzy, a slight ringing in your ear, and you go blind for a few seconds. i wouldnt worry too much about it unless it lasts longer than 30 seconds
