Is he acting dis way because he loves me or is he doing dis because he knows i av no choice. Pls help!?

I'm in love wit dis guy he is just 28 bt he spanks me often, he is too jealous and each time i go angry and quit, he comes kneeling and crying sayin his sorry dat he does not want to share me wit some1 else. Av tried al i can to make him know dat i love him and dat am faithful, to an extent i quit al my male friends stil d little ones(even my classmates) i av he doesnt allow dem cal me. He doesnt allow me go out. I dont know what to do am so confused. Am financially broke down i would av thought of leaving his house to get some break. Some should pls help me, advice me!!!
